Who we are

This website is operated by RNDSOL, the company that develops EDUTIG. You can reach us at info@edutig.com or +92 318 858 5398.

If your school already uses EDUTIG, the student and staff records inside the application belong to your school. Your school decides what goes in and who may see it; we handle that data on your school's instructions under your agreement with us. This notice is about the public website, not those records.

What we collect, and why

When you send us a demo or quote request

We store what you type into the form:

• Your name, school name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• Your role, and for a quote, your student numbers, campuses and areas of interest
• Anything you write in the message box
• Which page you sent it from, and campaign tags in the link you arrived through

We use this to answer your enquiry and to prepare a demonstration or quote. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Preventing abuse of our forms

To stop automated submissions we count how many requests come from a network address over time. We do not store the address itself: it is converted into a one-way keyed value that we cannot turn back into an address. These counters expire automatically.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. We send it the page you viewed, which button you clicked, and whether a form submission succeeded or failed. We never send it your name, email address, phone number or anything you typed.

Who else sees it

• Our team. Enquiries go to the RNDSOL colleagues who handle sales and support.
• Our hosting provider. The website and its database run on infrastructure we rent; the provider stores the data on our behalf.
• Our email provider. A notification of your enquiry is emailed to our sales address, which passes through the email service we use.
• Google Analytics, for the usage statistics described above.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and afterwards as a record of who we spoke to. Abuse counters and the tokens that stop a form being submitted twice expire within days and are deleted automatically by a scheduled task. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.

What you can ask for

Write to info@edutig.com and you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry
• Stop contacting you

We will reply to you and tell you what we have done. If your request concerns records held inside a school's EDUTIG account, contact that school, since the records are theirs.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the version at the top.
